Acceptance
By visiting or purchasing through this website you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please leave the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Corporate buyers must be authorised to import vehicles into their country.
Use of the site
- Provide accurate, current and complete information.
- Do not upload viruses, scrape data, or interfere with site security.
- All content is our property; you may not copy, distribute or reverse-engineer it without written permission.
Products & pricing
- All vehicles are sold “as-is, second-hand, FOB China main port”.
- Prices shown are in USD and may change without notice until a deposit is paid.
- Mileage, year and specs are taken from third-party sources; we list them in good faith but buyers must verify before ordering.
Ordering & payment
- A non-refundable deposit (amount shown on pro-forma invoice) is required to lock a vehicle.
- Balance must reach our account before the container leaves our yard.
- Title transfers when full payment is cleared and the Bill of Lading is issued.
Export & compliance
- We handle Chinese export formalities; you are responsible for import licence, duty, homologation and local registration in your country.
- If local rules prohibit the vehicle you order, cancellation fees still apply.
Shipping & risk
- Delivery terms are FOB China port. Risk passes once goods are loaded on board.
- Transit insurance is arranged at buyer’s cost unless otherwise agreed.
Returns & refunds
Used export vehicles are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. If customs rejection is caused solely by our documentation error, we will re-issue correct papers; otherwise all costs (storage, return freight, etc.) are buyer’s responsibility.
Liability limit
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the relevant vehicle. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, including lost profit or downtime.
Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos and vehicle images displayed on the site remain the property of their respective owners. You receive no licence to use them.
Privacy
See our separate Privacy Policy; it forms part of these Terms.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be settled by friendly negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SIETAC) whose award is final and binding.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after posting means you accept the revised Terms.

What we collect
Name, delivery address, phone, email, payment info, and vehicle documents needed to process your order.

How we use it
Only to:

confirm, ship and insure your vehicle
meet customs, shipping or legal requirements for the export

Sharing & transfers
We do not sell, market or disclose your data to any unrelated third party. Data is shared only with carriers, insurers, banks or customs agents strictly for the above purposes, and they must keep it confidential.

Security
We store data on encrypted servers and follow standard industry safeguards. Payment details are tokenised; we never store full card numbers.

Retention
We keep records only as long as required to complete the order, satisfy tax/export laws, or defend legal claims, then delete or anonymise them.

Cookies
Essential cookies run the site (cart, login). No tracking for advertising. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.

Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing zoom@gochinawheels.club. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes
Any updates will be posted here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
