Shipping & Delivery

  1. Services we provide
    Through our long-term freight & customs partners we can arrange:
    • Export declaration, inspection and licence filing
    • Container or Ro-Ro booking, loading, lashing and blocking
    • Marine insurance, CO, FORM A and other certificates
      All-in quotation is given upfront; no surcharge after the bill of lading is issued.
  2. Using your own forwarder
    You are free to nominate your own shipping or customs broker.
    Within 3 working days after deposit payment please send us:
    • Company name, contact person, phone and email
    • Destination/transit port and preferred sailing/train schedule
      We will release the booking reference (SO) or rail slot to that contact and share loading/release data in real time.
  3. Hand-over point
    After export clearance we courier or email the full document set (B/L, export licence, invoice, packing list) to both you and your nominated agent so customs clearance and pickup at destination can proceed without delay.
  4. Cost split
    • All inland haulage and port charges inside China are ours up to the ship’s rail / rail yard hand-over.
    • Ocean freight, insurance, destination THC and onward carriage are borne by you or your appointed party.
  5. Changes & support
    Advise us in writing at least 5 working days ahead if you need to switch forwarder or vessel, to avoid amendment fees.

Returns & Refunds Policy

 
  1. Purpose
    We export pre-owned Chinese vehicles on an “as-is, where-is” basis. Our policy aims to give buyers transparent expectations while keeping transaction costs low.
  2. Pre-shipment inspection
    Every vehicle is road-worthiness tested and issued a third-party inspection report before loading. A copy is sent to the buyer for approval.
    Once the buyer confirms the report and authorizes shipment, the sale becomes final and non-cancellable.
  3. No right of return
    Because vehicles are used, one-off items shipped internationally, we do not accept returns or offer refunds/credit once the cargo has left our premises.
  4. Arrival condition
    Loss or damage that occurs after the container leaves our yard is the buyer’s risk and is covered by the marine insurance arranged at buyer’s cost.
    Buyers must inspect the unit at destination and file any transit-damage claim directly with the insurance company within 7 days of unloading.
  5. Title & documentation
    Ownership transfers when full payment is received and the Bill of Lading is issued. All export documents (Bill of Lading, Export Certificate, Commercial Invoice, packing list) are sent immediately after vessel departure.
  6. Governing law
    This policy and any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and resolved by the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.

Faq

  1. Price terms
    All quotations are FOB China main ports (Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen, Qingdao, Xiamen, etc.). Freight, insurance and destination charges are buyer’s responsibility.
  2. Deposit & balance
    We only lock the vehicle and start paperwork after the deposit/down-payment is received.
    • In-stock unit: within 2 working days we send VIN, photos and basic specs; the balance must be paid within 7 calendar days.
    • Built-to-order / non-stock unit: within 2 working days we give estimated production or availability time; we notify you to pay the balance when the vehicle is ready for export.
      After full payment is received, we complete deregistration & export-name-transfer within 7 working days.
  3. Transport mode
    Depending on destination and vehicle size we use sea, rail, truck or multi-modal.
    Vehicles travel in container (standard or high-cube) or Ro-Ro vessel; the final choice is based on feasibility and your instruction.
  4. Contract signature
    Once deposit is paid, our sales rep will re-confirm vehicle details and send you the standard sales contract (template pre-approved by China Ministry of Commerce).
    For export-licence reasons no clause in the standard contract can be altered; if you need additional agreements we can sign a separate side letter.
  5. Right-hand-drive (RHD) vehicles
    Present RHD stock is built-to-order through OEM plants; please contact customer service for lead-time and MOQ.
    A ready-stock RHD programme for Hong Kong market will be launched soon—stay tuned.
  6. Spare-parts sourcing
    When requesting parts, always provide the complete 17-digit VIN so we can match the correct specification.
  7. After-sales & warranty
    For non-quality issues (cosmetic wear, minor adjustments, local compliance) please turn to your local repairer first.
    If the vehicle must return to the factory, email us full details in advance; return freight and any import duty are borne by the customer.
  8. Decision & risk
    We act as a purchasing/export agent. You alone decide whether the chosen vehicle suits your market’s safety, homologation and service-back-up requirements.
